INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Apply MP grease to the sliding and rotating areas of the regulator motor.

(b) Using "TORX" socket wrench T25, install the power window regulator motor assembly with the 3 screws.

Torque: 5.4 N·m (55 kgf·cm, 48 in·lbf)

2. INSTALL REAR DOOR WINDOW REGULATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY DOOR / HATCH: REAR DOOR: REASSEMBLY (2008 Sequoia)+

3. INSTALL REAR DOOR GLASS SUB-ASSEMBLY DOOR / HATCH: REAR DOOR: REASSEMBLY (2008 Sequoia)+

4. INSTALL REAR DOOR WINDOW FRONT GUIDE SUB-ASSEMBLY DOOR / HATCH: REAR DOOR: REASSEMBLY (2008 Sequoia)+

5. INSTALL REAR DOOR WINDOW REAR LOWER FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY DOOR / HATCH: REAR DOOR: REASSEMBLY (2008 Sequoia)+

6. INSTALL REAR DOOR GLASS RUN DOOR / HATCH: REAR DOOR: REASSEMBLY (2008 Sequoia)+

7. INSTALL REAR DOOR GLASS OUTER WEATHERSTRIP

HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the LH side EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: REAR DOOR BELT MOULDING: INSTALLATION (2008 Sequoia)+ .

8. INSTALL REAR DOOR WINDOW FRAME REAR MOULDING

HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the LH side EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: REAR DOOR WINDOW FRAME MOULDING: INSTALLATION (2008 Sequoia)+ .

9. INSTALL REAR DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER DOOR / HATCH: REAR DOOR: REASSEMBLY (2008 Sequoia)+

10. INSTALL REAR DOOR TRIM NO. 2 BRACKET DOOR / HATCH: REAR DOOR: REASSEMBLY (2008 Sequoia)+

11. INSTALL REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY DOOR / HATCH: REAR DOOR: REASSEMBLY (2008 Sequoia)+

12. INSTALL REAR DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG DOOR / HATCH: REAR DOOR: REASSEMBLY (2008 Sequoia)+

13. INSTALL REAR DOOR ARMREST BASE UPPER PANEL DOOR / HATCH: REAR DOOR: REASSEMBLY (2008 Sequoia)+

14. INSTALL REAR DOOR FRAME GARNISH DOOR / HATCH: REAR DOOR: REASSEMBLY (2008 Sequoia)+

15. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Apply MP grease to the sliding and rotating areas of the regulator motor.

(b) Using "TORX" socket wrench T25, install the front power window regulator motor assembly with the 3 screws.

Torque: 5.4 N·m (55 kgf·cm, 48 in·lbf)

16. INSTALL FRONT DOOR WINDOW REGULATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY DOOR / HATCH: FRONT DOOR: REASSEMBLY (2008 Sequoia)+

17. INSTALL FRONT DOOR GLASS SUB-ASSEMBLY DOOR / HATCH: FRONT DOOR: REASSEMBLY (2008 Sequoia)+

18. INSTALL FRONT DOOR GLASS RUN DOOR / HATCH: FRONT DOOR: REASSEMBLY (2008 Sequoia)+

19. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER DOOR / HATCH: FRONT DOOR: REASSEMBLY (2008 Sequoia)+

20. INSTALL NO. 1 FRONT DOOR TRIM BRACKET DOOR / HATCH: FRONT DOOR: REASSEMBLY (2008 Sequoia)+

21. INSTALL FRONT DOOR GLASS OUTER WEATHERSTRIP ASSEMBLY

HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the LH side EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT DOOR BELT MOULDING: INSTALLATION (2008 Sequoia)+ .

22. INSTALL OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY

HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the LH side MIRROR (EXT): OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR: INSTALLATION (2008 Sequoia)+ .

23. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY DOOR / HATCH: FRONT DOOR: REASSEMBLY (2008 Sequoia)+

24. INSTALL FRONT ARMREST BASE UPPER PANEL DOOR / HATCH: FRONT DOOR: REASSEMBLY (2008 Sequoia)+

25. INSTALL FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG DOOR / HATCH: FRONT DOOR: REASSEMBLY (2008 Sequoia)+

26. INSTALL FRONT DOOR LOWER FRAME BRACKET GARNISH DOOR / HATCH: FRONT DOOR: REASSEMBLY (2008 Sequoia)+

27. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
